William J. Leibold concentrates his practice in the area of business and corporation law. His practice has focused heavily on general business representation (both large and small enterprises), and on domestic and foreign product distribution counseling and the associated antitrust and trade regulation issues. As part of his business practice, he has been involved in various acquisitions and divestitures, financings, securities transactions, and strategic planning projects. In 1979 he received his B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics and Political Science from the University of Dayton. He earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1982, ranking first in his class. While at the College of Law, Mr. Leibold was admitted to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Leibold has been named among the "Best of the Bar" in The Dayton Business Journal. He has also been named an "Ohio Super Lawyer" in Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine.His professional memberships include the American Bar Association--Antitrust and Business Sections, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Dayton Bar Association. |
