Bill is a Managing Director of The Silverfern Group and brings over 10 years of senior Mergers and Acquisitions, Principal Investing and Corporate Finance experience to the Silverfern team. Prior to joining Silverfern, Bill was most recently with Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) following CSFB's acquisition of Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, where Bill was an Officer in the Mergers & Acquisitions group based in New York. Prior to DLJ, Bill was with Banc of America Securities, before which he spent several years working with Bob Colman (founding partner of Robertson, Colman & Stephens) advising on Mergers & Acquisitions and completing principal investments.

Bill has advised Middle-Market companies for his entire career. Bill's focus has been on Mergers & Acquisitions and he has also advised companies in restructuring, bankruptcy sales and raising capital through venture financing, private placements, IPOs, follow-on offerings, and public and private debt financing. Bill has developed expertise advising companies in the technology, consumer, sport, health, fitness and wellness industries.

Bill earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Northeastern University.
