Mr. Hallan's practice focuses on general litigation matters. Prior to law school, Mr. Hallan interned for U.S. Senator Richard Lugar. In the fall of 2005, as a trained mediator, he conducted mediations in Ohio Small Claims and Juvenile Court. During law school, Mr. Hallan served as Articles Editor for the University of Toledo Law Review.
