Bill Gerber oversees investor relations finance and treasury operations including accounting business planning and forecasting external and internal reporting tax procurement and risk management. He previously served as the Company's managing director of finance playing a major role in evaluating merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities for the Company including TD Waterhouse Datek Online Holdings and National Discount Brokers. He joined the Company in 1999 from Acceptance Insurance Companies Inc. where he was responsible for all aspects of M&A investment banking activity banking relationships investor communications and portfolio management. Prior to joining Acceptance Insurance Gerber spent eight years with Coopers & Lybrand now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers serving as an audit manager primarily focusing on public company clients. He holds a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Michigan. |
