Mr. Dawson has been our Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer since August 2004. From 2002 until he joined us in 2004 he was Vice President Finance & Operations and CFO of Dynavax Technologies Corporation a biopharmaceutical company. Mr. Dawson was Corporate Senior Vice President Business Development for McKesson Corporation a pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare services company from 1998 until 2001. Prior to McKesson Mr. Dawson spent 15 years as a senior officer in corporate finance with three investment banking firms. Mr. Dawson serves on the boards of directors of McGrath RentCorp an equipment finance company and Wellington Trust Company a subsidiary of Wellington Management Company LLP a private institutional fund management company. |
