William J. Conaty served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Human Resources for General Electric Company (GE) from 1993 until retiring in 2007. In this role he was an innovative human resources leader responsible for GE's 325 000 employees worldwide.
Mr. Conaty spent his entire 40-year career with GE in a combination of operating and HR positions and is considered a world class leader in talent management succession planning executive compensation and labor relations. He currently serves as a personal advisor to the CEOs of several of the top 100 companies of the FORTUNE 500®.
