Bill Westhafer is the Operations Principal and a Shareholder in Cubellis’ Philadelphia office. He is a registered architect with over 25 years of experience. Primarily focusing on corporate office work and institutional projects, Bill is also involved in numerous charter school projects, industrial projects, as well as health care. Throughout his years of design experience, Bill has compiled a considerable amount of portfolio work for such well known clients as Dun & Bradstreet, Tasty Baking Company, XL Capital, Unique Industries, Omnivest Properties, Honda Finance, and TJX Companies, as well as prominent real estate development firms. Bill holds a Master of Architecture degree from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts from The College of Wooster. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, NAIOP, ULI, and the Delaware Valley Green Building Council. He is the recipient of a national NAIOP award for his work on TLX/Marshall’s Philadelphia Distribution Center facility developed by Liberty Property Trust. |
