He has advised energy clients on complex transactions involving wind, solar, geothermal, natural gas, coal and hydro power projects as well as supply chain and operating and maintenance programs that support such projects. Bill’s practice focuses on operational transactions and project development, including negotiating and structuring transactions, supply chain contracts, risk management, permitting, rate and regulatory compliance, litigation management and implementation of internal controls. He represents clients before state Public Utilities Commissions and other regulatory agencies.
