William H. Prentice Of Counsel Bill Prentice has nearly 20 years’ experience providing counsel to major West Coast power companies. He has advised energy clients on complex transactions involving wind, solar, geothermal, natural gas, coal and hydro power projects as well as supply chain and operating and maintenance programs that support such projects. Bill’s practice focuses on operational transactions and project development, including negotiating and structuring transactions, supply chain contracts, risk management, permitting, rate and regulatory compliance, litigation management and implementation of internal controls. He represents clients before state Public Utilities Commissions and other regulatory agencies. Bill has also negotiated and drafted software development agreements and software licensing for custom applications and structured information technology procurement transactions for energy companies.
