As the Chief Operating Officer of CB Richard Ellis Investors, Mr. Harris is responsible for the real estate operations for a global real estate portfolio valued in excess of $15 billion. He oversees the implementation and execution of the firm's investment management process including acquisitions, portfolio management, asset management and dispositions. Mr. Harris is a member of all CB Richard Ellis Investors' Investment Committees and has 22 years of real estate investment management experience. Previously, as Senior Managing Director of Koll Investment Management, Mr. Harris was responsible for equity and mortgage portfolios valued at approximately $1.8 billion. Previous to this position, he was Koll's Regional President for Northern California and was responsible for the property, facilities and asset management services of a nine million square foot portfolio. Prior to joining Koll in 1992, Mr. Harris was Aetna Realty Investors' Western Regional Manager overseeing the asset management of $2.2 billion of commercial real estate. During his ten years with Aetna, Mr. Harris held positions in real estate investment law, equity asset management and acquisitions. |
