Mr. Watts concentrates on financial restructuring. He is a seasoned CFO and Certified Turnaround Professional with an extensive background in financial and turnaround management of public and private companies. Mr. Watts has an excellent track record in developing banking, factor and supplier relationships, giving our clients the time and liquidity necessary to transform their businesses.
His operational experience includes inventory and cash management, budgeting, costing, charge-back control, cost reduction programs, import control, factory operations, licensing negotiations, foreign subsidiary accounting, Chapter 11 proceedings, SEC reporting and systems implementation. Mr. Watts is also enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.
Mr. Watts graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the LaSalle University and received his MBA at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
Mr. Watts is a member of the Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals and the Turnaround Management Association. He holds a US Coast Guard license as Master of steam or motor vessels upon near coastal waters.
