Bill Walton is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and he has enjoyed a career of well over twenty-five years in service to this Nation, as a Southeast Asia combat decorated Fighter Pilot, Human Resource Manager, Labor Relations and Recruitment Manager, Facilities Manager, Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Policy and Program Manager. His years of experience and his varied background will add to the effectiveness of the WSSC Board of Ethics. |
