Most recently he served as Senior Vice President at CIGNA Group Insurance where he was responsible for reengineering customer service and billing which resulted in significant improvement in customer service, customer satisfaction and productivity. He served in various senior executive positions at AT&T and Lucent Technologies including Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Computer Services and Operations. Bill's initial work in Executive Search was with another general search firm where he specialized in recruiting for minority and military candidates. His clients included companies such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Bank One, Eaton Corporation, Ernst & Young and others. In addition to serving as Division President, Bill personally handles a select number of retained search assignments for client companies in Professional Services, Financial Services and Technology. He is located in the New York office of Cornell-International. Cornell Group and its SearchConnect organization have offices in New York City, Connecticut, Hong Kong, San Francisco, London, Toronto and Amsterdam. Bill is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, an organization of Senior African American Executives in the U.S. He serves on the board of trustees of the Association of Graduates of the United States Military Academy where he is the Chairman of the Minority Outreach Committee. He is also a member of the Board of Governors of the West Point Society of New York.
