William H. Hoch is a shareholder in Crowe & Dunlevy’s Oklahoma City office where he has practiced since 1995. Mr. Hoch is a graduate of the Catholic University of America (B.A, 1988; J.D. 1993) and concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, copyright and trademark infringement, antitrust and related litigation. He is a former Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard L. Bohanon, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Oklahoma, and the Honorable Marion Opala, Justice of the Oklahoma State Supreme Court. Mr. Hoch was also Legislative Director to former Congressman Glenn English (D-OK), where he handled issues related to telecommunications, rural electrification, civil rights, rural development, housing and homelessness. He served on The Catholic University of America's Board of Governors. Mr. Hoch is the former chair of the American Bar Association's Commission on Homelessness & Poverty from 2001 to 2005. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association's Government Affairs Committee. He also chairs the Oklahoma City Chapter of the Federal Bar Association's Pro Bono Committee. Mr. Hoch is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, United States Supreme Court, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, Western, Eastern and Northern District of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Board of the City Rescue Mission (OKC), a local homeless shelter. |
