Bill Gotlieb practices primarily in the areas of corporate and business law, family and closely held businesses, and mergers and acquisitions. His clients range from start-up to mature companies. The legal and business matters for which he provides guidance include choice of entity and formation, joint ventures, contract matters, planning and implementation, general counseling on day-to-day legal and business matters, business succession, owner disputes, and other transactional matters. In addition to being an attorney, Bill is a certified public accountant.
