Bill has over 31 years of professional experience specializing in engineering design and development of power systems. He joined Cummins & Barnard in 1990 as a Principal, Co-owner and member of the Board of Directors. As an owner of the firm, Bill has helped to lead and grow C&B and is actively participating in Owner’ Engineer assignments on multiple coal-fired utility projects and F-Class CCGT developments for utility, industrial and IPP clients. His primary focus has been on project development, strategic consulting and engineering design/execution for large power projects covering gas turbine combined cycle and coal-fired based projects including CRB and SCPC designs. Among his accomplishments has been the identification and development of teaming opportunities with equipment manufacturers, contractors and developers. Bill’s background includes experience with an independent energy development company, a large engineering consulting firm with a worldwide client base, and amajor Midwest utility company. Bill is a recognized expert in the field of cogeneration, strategic project development and de-regulation issues. |
