Bill Bell oversees SRA’s information assurance (IA) and privacy solutions program in the Command and Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) Sector. He is responsible for providing the methodologies and professional expertise to support the design, development, certification, implementation, and management of comprehensive IA and privacy solutions for SRA clients. The Company’s clients include agencies from the civil, defense, intelligence, and law enforcement sectors of the federal government.
Prior to joining SRA in 2000, Bell had a 34-year career in the federal government, where he held engineering, policy, technical, and management positions for agencies including the Departments of the Navy and Justice, the U.S. Postal Service, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He retired as a Captain from the Naval Reserve with the Naval Air Systems Command, having served as a Commanding Officer and Program Site Area Manager.
