William H. Beeson, MD is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In addition to directing the Beeson Cosmetic Surgery Center, he serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology and Dermatology at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery. He holds or has held numerous leadership positions, including Trustee and Past President of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, Board of Directors of the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and President of the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. He has served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Aesthetic Dermatology and Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery, the Journal of Cutaneous Laser Surgery, and the American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery, in addition to authoring books, book chapters, and peer-reviewed articles. He currently maintains a thriving private practice in Indianapolis and directly oversees a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinical Fellowship program. |
