Mr. Alderman has been President of Alderman & Company, a consulting firm representing companies in the aerospace and defense industries, since 2001. He was Managing Director of the aviation investment banking practice of Fieldstone Investments from 1999 to 2001. He was a registered Securities Representative and Senior Associate at GE Capital from 1991 to 1995 and Senior Vice President at Aviation Sales Company from 1996 to 1999.
