Bill Paven joined Brandywine Senior Living in May 2002. He is responsible for all policies and procedures; recruitment and retention; workplace conduct and discipline; benefit analysis and administration; and compensation policy for the company’s employees. In this capacity, Mr. Paven is knowledgeable and skilled in the interpretation of and compliance with all federal employment rules and regulations, as well as those in the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Mr. Paven has over 15 years of human resources generalist experience in the long-term care and assisted living industries, serving one year as a Divisional Human Resources Director for the North East Division at Atria Retirement and Assisted Living and eight years as a Vice President of Human Resources for the Eastern Division at Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. Mr. Paven has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
