Mr. Boyk joins the CCX after two years as Executive Vice President - Market Operations at NQLX LLC where he oversaw the Exchanges trading operations and various other aspects. He was a key member in the successful development and launch of NQLX LLC and Single Stock Futures which was a $50 million joint venture between NASDAQ and Euronext.liffe. Mr. Boyk joined NQLX after twenty-two years of service to the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT). During his tenure at the CBOT, Boyk was a member of their Senior Management Committee and was instrumental in the implementation and management of an electronic trading system. Additionally, he established the Enterprise Program Management Office, which monitored the CBOT’s strategic initiatives. Mr. Boyk also served as Vice President Audits and was a CBOT liaison to numerous federal agencies including the Federal Reserve Board, Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. A CPA, Mr. Boyk holds a BS in Accounting from Drake University. |
