Bill Trumpeter concentrates his practice on traditional labor law, equal employment opportunity litigation, and FLSA matters before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts. He represents national, regional, and local clients in union avoidance, negotiations, arbitrations, and mediation. He has successfully represented a national restaurant chain in a class-type FLSA case which was a case of first impression in the Circuits. Bill has handled hundreds of labor arbitrations covering all types of issues. He also provides training for clients wishing to be proactive in avoiding legal problems before they arise.
