Bill Pappas's practice is principally transactional and his clients include international and domestic manufacturing, lifescience and professional service companies, as well as financial institutions, including commercial lenders.
Mr. Pappas regularly serves as counsel to a number of corporations and businesses on a broad variety of issues including the following:

Transactions involving health care, biotechnology, bioprocessing and other technology-based business entities

Corporate finance lending transactions
Corporate reorganizations and restructurings
Private foreign investments in the United States and United States business investments abroad
Mr. Pappas holds a Certificate of Director Education from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
