William Farrar is a member of the Corporate and Financial and Financial Institutions Groups of the Firm's General Practice Group. Mr. Farrar has extensive experience in corporate and securities matters involving a diverse group of financial institutions such as insurance companies, broker-dealers and investment companies in both a public and private setting, and regularly advises on non-transactional matters such as corporate governance and compliance. In addition, Mr. Farrar has diverse experience outside the financial institutions area with property and mortgage REITS, as well as service, communications, chemicals, manufacturing and other companies.
