Bill Compton regularly represents financial institutions in both federal and state court. He has been the lead counsel for matters involving lender liability issues, credit disputes and grand jury investigations. In recent years, he has had trial cases involving Article 3 and Article 4 of the U.C.C. with issues ranging from indorsement questions, policy and procedure issues and comparative fault matters where the financial institutions' actions in the handling of a particular matter are compared with the conduct of others to determine responsibility for a loss.
