William F. (Rick) Wahl III was named Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer on May 18, 2007. Mr. Wahl joined the company in 2003 and was named Assistant Controller in February 2005.
Mr. Wahl is a certified public accountant. Prior to joining Allegheny, he was employed as Vice President, Accounting Policy and Finance Risk Management for PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. Mr. Wahl also served in various financial positions with Dominion Resources and Consolidated Natural Gas.
Mr. Wahl holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz School of business. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from West Virginia University. |
