Dr. Hamilton joined NovaDel’s Board in March 2003 and was appointed Lead Independent Director in January 2006. He has served on the University of Pennsylvania faculty since 1967 and is both the Landau Professor of Management and Technology and the Director of the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at The Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science. He serves as a Director of Neose Technologies, Inc., a publicly-traded company developing proprietary drugs.
Dr. Hamilton received his B.S. and M.S. in chemical engineering and his M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his Ph.D. in applied economics from the London School of Economics. |
