Bill Adler serves as Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Affairs for Globalstar, Inc. In this position, he is responsible for U.S. legal matters and international regulatory issues, including spectrum acquisition. Bill also serves as corporate secretary and director of a number of Globalstar subsidiaries. Mr. Adler has been with Globalstar and its Predecessor since 1996 serving in the same capacity.
Immediately prior to joining our predecessor in 1996, Mr. Adler was a partner with a communications law firm in Washington, D.C. From 1986 to 1994, he was Executive Director-Federal Regulatory Relations for Pacific Telesis Group. Before joining Pacific Telesis, Mr. Adler served for more than six years at the Federal Communications Commission as Deputy Chief of the Common Carrier Bureau, Chief of the Bureau's Mobile Services Division, and Chief of the Bureau's International Facilities Division.
Mr. Adler holds a J.D. degree from New York University School of Law and a B.A. degree from Dartmouth College. |
