Mr. Cole is the President of William E. Cole Accountant APC. He was the Managing Partner of San Diego based Leaf & Cole CPA’s a firm he founded in 1960. In addition to his expertise in the accounting field, Mr. Cole has an extensive background in the banking business. He was a Founder and Director of Peninsula Bank of San Diego from its inception in 1975. He was the Chairman of the Loan Committee, Audit Committee and was a member of the Executive Committee and Compensation Committee.
Mr. Cole is a CPA and member of the California Society of CPA’s and American Institute of CPA’s. He earned his B.A. degree in Accounting and his M.S. in Business Administration at San Diego State University. He is a retired U.S. Army Major. |
