Bill Ruff, co-founder of LRS has been instrumental in providing the strategic direction of the firm, which has been recognized for excellence in design both locally and nationally. Bill has extensive experience in large-scale commercial, mixed-use, governmental, retail, and specialty housing projects. He provides project design and direction and an in-depth knowledge of master planning, programming and development assistance. His clear strategic vision and development experience give him the unique ability to solve potential issues early on a project. Bill is committed to the community and his clients, becoming involved in the Lions Club, serving as the Lloyd District Community Association's Land Use Chair and as a National Design Juror for the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AASHA).
Bill is a licensed architect in the states of California, Oregon and Washington. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon in 1969. |
