Bill has been owner and president of TuWay Communications for 12 years and is a multi-disciplined Telecommunications Expert with over 27 years experience in the communications field. Prior to joining TuWay, Bill worked directly for Motorola in various sales and management positions for sixteen years and at one point had direct responsibility for sales and service for the State of Pennsylvania. As president of TuWay, Bill assumes a hands-on approach, active in developing new accounts, regardless of their size. He supports education for all employees on topics ranging from Motorola products and services to Total Quality Customer Service. Under his leadership, TuWay has received numerous, prestigious quality-service awards from Motorola, 45 Year MSS Award and Pinnacle of Customer Excellence Award. In addition, TuWay has received Omnipoint's Vendor Quality Award for two consecutive years. Meeting the demands of his current customer base necessitated expansion to a custom-designed building in 1997. "Having been in the wireless business since 1954 has provided TuWay with a tremendous amount of experience", Bill explains. " We are parlaying our knowledge of wireless radios into emerging technologies, which is a natural fit for us. It's exciting and ever changing.
