Bill is a principal with the Philadelphia office of Milliman. He has been with the firm since 1989, and has been a principal since 1992.
Experience
Bill's area of expertise is healthcare programs, with an emphasis on managed care programs as well as the Medicare and Medicaid private markets. He has assisted clients with product pricing, new product development, provider reimbursement mechanisms and strategies, strategic planning, claim reserving, and rate filings.
Bill advises HMOs, PPOs, Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans, hospitals, physicians, and insurance companies regarding healthcare issues.
