Mr. Osher manages the firm’s fixed income portfolios and is the firm’s economic and sector strategist. As the chair of the Investment Strategy Committee Bill is responsible for setting the top down direction for both the firm’s equity and fixed income investments. Previously Bill was the Chief Economist Director of Fixed Income Investments and Equity Sector Strategist for Harris Bretall Sullivan and Smith L.L.C. where he was also a senior portfolio manager. Bill received his B.A. from Claremont McKenna College and his M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He earned his Certified Pension Consulting degree in 1982 and his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 1992. Bill is the current treasurer for the Town of Tiburon California. He is also a member of the CFA Institute the Security Analysts of San Francisco and the California Municipal Treasurers Association. |
