William D. Forrest is the chairman of Cosi Inc., a national restaurant chain headquartered in Deerfield, Ill. Prior to joining Cosi, he was a managing director with the international investment bank, Gleacher Partners. He began his professional career in the consulting division of Laventhal and Horwath and subsequently established his own consulting firm, Forrest Advisory Services. Throughout his career he has served in executive management, investment banking, and investor roles with organizations in a variety of industries including health care, manufacturing, and food service. He previously was associated with Magellan during the Company’s financial restructuring earlier this decade. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. |
