Mr. Walker has served as a Director of the Company since inception and served as Chairman of the Board until January 2003. Mr. Walker served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Tektronix, Inc. from April 1990 until November 1990. Mr. Walker was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Electro Scientific Industries, Inc. from 1984 to 1987. Mr. Walker was Executive Vice President of Tektronix from 1979 to 1984. Mr. Walker retired as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tektronix in September 2000. Mr. Walker received an electrical engineering degree from the University of Missouri.
