Mr. Johnson has been with Progress Energy (formerly CP&L) since 1992 and served as Group President, Energy Delivery, Progress Energy, January 2004 to December 2004. Prior to that, he was President, CEO and Corporate Secretary, Progress Energy Service Company, LLC, October 2002 to December 2003. He also served as Executive Vice President - Corporate Relations & Administrative Services, General Counsel and Secretary of Progress Energy. Mr. Johnson served as Vice President - Legal Department and Corporate Secretary, CP&L from 1997 to 1999. |
