William D. Dallas was appointed as a Director of the Company in March 2001. Mr. Dallas also served as a Director of the Company from May 2000 through December 2000. Mr. Dallas is currently Chairman of the Board of Dallas Capital Management, a financial managment, advisory firm that he founded in 1999. Mr. Dallas was the founder of First Franklin and served as its Chariman, Chairman Emeritus from 1981 to 2003. First Franklin was purchased by National City Bank in 1999 and Merrill Lynch in 2006. Mr. Dallas is also currently Chairman of the following companies: Fox Sports Grill, Diversified Capital, LoanCity and Dualstar Entertainment Group LLC. |
