William C. Vail Jr. Will is an associate in the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. He has experience representing employers in the defense of employment litigation and administrative actions based on all major federal and state anti-discrimination laws. In addition, Will's practice includes advising employers on immigration matters, including Form 1-9 compliance.
