Mr. McCollough is responsible for the origination of client engagements in the petroleum marketing and convenience store sectors. Previously, he held several executive positions as a General Manager for CITGO Petroleum Corporation (.Citgo.). During Mr. McCollough.s thirty-two (32) year career at CITGO, he had numerous accomplishments in the areas of marketing, acquisitions, information systems, finance and administration. He served as a key member of the senior executive team that developed the vision and implemented the strategies, cultural changes and innovations that grew the company from a small regional refiner/marketer to the nations. third largest petroleum marketer over a fifteen (15) year period. Mr. McCollough was noted for outstanding leadership skills which yielded increased productivity, decreased expenses and the production of explosive growth. He is a skilled negotiator with diverse experience; has led or performed complex due diligence; has analyzed various business opportunities, structured deals and completed acquisitions and/or created joint ventures as strategic business development tools. Mr. McCollough is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas. He has also attended the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard University. |
