Mr. McClure is a Shareholder and Director of the firm and is a member of the firm's Corporate and Estates and Trusts Services Groups. Mr. McClure's principal practice areas include tax law, estate planning and administration and corporate law. Mr. McClure has many years of experience as legal counsel to individuals, business corporations and charitable foundations in tax and commercial matters. He has been active in the fields of individual and corporate tax planning, business formations, acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, reorganizations, spin-offs and liquidations.
Mr. McClure was for many years an instructor in the Tax Masters Program of Robert Morris College, annually teaching a course in civil and criminal tax investigations and procedures. Before joining Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C., Mr. McClure was a founding partner in McClure and Watkins, P.C.
