Professional Experience Over the past 30 + years, Kriss has served as the Chief Financial Officer of several companies ranging in size from $40 million to $275 million. As Vice President of Finance in the environmental industry in the late 90s, Kriss directed all accounting, information systems and analytical functions of a business with operations across North America and $175 million in revenues. As a General Manager with Rollins Environmental Services in Wilmington, Delaware, Kriss directed all activities and had full P & L responsibility of businesses with $65 million in revenue, 22 field offices and 250 employees. Before 1990, Kriss spent 12 years with GATX Corporation, serving as the CFO of two of its largest subsidiaries and as the head of its financial analytical department.
