Mr. Rusnack is former President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Premcor Inc., a company that refines crude oil to manufacture petroleum products. He served in those roles from 1998 to 2002.
Prior to that, he was associated with Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) for 31 years. At ARCO, he served in several senior level positions including President of ARCO Products Company, President of ARCO Transportation Company and Vice President of Corporate Planning.
Mr. Rusnack has been a Director of Flowserve Corporation since 1997 and one of its predecessor companies since 1993 . He is also a Director of Sempra Energy and Peabody Energy. He is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council of the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago and the National Council of the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in general chemistry from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
