William C. Jennings was appointed a Director in July, 2003. Mr. Jennings serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee of our Board of Directors. During the past two years, he has served as a board member and consultant at various companies. From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Jennings led PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP's Risk Management and Internal Control Consulting Practice. Prior to that, he held positions at Bankers Trust Company and at Lehman Brothers, and spent over twenty years at Coopers and Lybrand as a Senior Audit Partner and Member of Firm Council. Mr. Jennings earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Akron, and an MBA from the University of Florida. |
