William C. Gerstenzang, a member of the firm’s New York City office, devotes his practice to patent, trademark and other intellectual property law as well as trade secret law. He regularly represents domestic and international clients in connection with the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, licensing agreements, due diligence and nondisclosure agreements.Bill has practiced intellectual property law since 1974. Before he joined Norris, McLaughlin & Marcus, he was a partner in the firm of Sprung Kramer Schaeffer & Briscoe and he previously served as in-house counsel to Stauffer Chemical Company and Monsanto Company.
