Mr. Collins is the President and Managing Director at Frost Securities and provides merger and acquisition advisory, private placement and valuation services to Frost Securities' clients. Mr. Collins has successfully executed sell-side advisory, private equity placement and going-private transactions. Additionally, he has advised companies on numerous strategic and corporate governance matters in a wide variety of industries, including automotive, technology, telecommunications, healthcare and general industrial. Prior to joining Frost Securities in February 2001, Mr. Collins was a Managing Director in the Palo Alto, CA - based Technology Corporate Finance Group at Banc of America Securities ("BAS") where he focused on advisory and underwriting assignments. Bill has been involved in investment and merchant banking for the past twenty years. Most recently, he headed the Dallas office of BAS' and NationsBanc Montgomery Securities' Technology Corporate Finance Groups. Mr. Collins received an M.B.A. at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an A.B. from Stanford University. |
