William B. Brannan is a partner in the Firm’s Tax Department. His practice encompasses a wide variety of domestic and international transactions, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, investment partnerships and real estate (including REIT) transactions. He has written a number of tax-related papers and bar association reports and is a frequent speaker at tax-related seminars and professional programs.
Bill was born in Montgomery, Alabama. He joined Cravath in 1983 and became a partner in 1991.
