Mr. Wahlheim is a shareholder in the firm’s Insurance and Finanical Services litigation practice group. Mr. Wahlheim represents insurers and employers nationwide in employee benefit and insurance disputes involving life, health, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, property and casualty, pension, and retirement plans and coverages. He has recently handled matters in Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Texas, as well as in the state and federal courts in Alabama. In addition to his ERISA practice, Mr. Wahlheim represents insurers in bad faith, fraud actions and class actions. Representative Cases: House v.
