William B. Nethercott, age 46 and a resident of Livermore, California, is a director and the Bank's President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Nethercott has a 22-year career of banking the Bay Area, including 18 years with independent banks in the Tri-Valley region. Most recently, from 2003 to 2004 Mr. Nethercott was the Division President of Heritage Bank of Commerce - East Bay Division, and from 2000 to 2003 he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Bank East Bay. Mr. Nethercott is a 19-year resident of Livermore and is a former President of the San Ramon Rotary. |
