Bill is a workers’ compensation and OSHA attorney who also focuses on labor and employment litigation. He has represented self-insured and state-funded employers before the Industrial Commission of Ohio in workers’ compensation injury and occupational disease cases. Bill is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Committee. He received his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law and his B.A. from Denison University. Prior to joining Calfee in 2007, Bill worked at Gallon, Takacs, Boissoneault and Schaffer Co., LPA. He also has served as a mediator in Lucas County Juvenile Court and Small Claims Court and served as a clerk for Judge Peter Handwork in the Ohio Sixth District Court of Appeals in Toledo, Ohio. |
