William (Bill) B. Feehan is a Partner and Co-Head of the Global Human Resources Practice at CTPartners, a premier quality executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. Bill began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank where he held a number of human resource positions in the U.S. and in Europe, culminating in the position of Vice President of the New York Metropolitan Employment Division. He went on to become Group Vice President of Human Resources at Dun & Bradstreet Corporation for five stand-alone businesses, including Nielsen Media Research. Bill then joined Lehman Brothers as Senior Human Resources Executive for the Global Fixed Income business, responsible for designing and implementing their North American, European and Asian human resources strategies. He went on to join IMS Health, the world’s largest pharmaceutical and healthcare information company, where he served as Vice President Worldwide Human Resources. Prior to founding Feehan Barr Partners, a boutique executive search firm specializing in the development of global human resources teams, Bill was a founding member of the management team and Chief Personnel Officer at Skillgames.com, a Walt Disney/ Walker Digital partnership, where he designed and implemented all people management systems and processes. Feehan Barr Partners was acquired by Christian & Timbers in September, 2005. Bill holds a B.A. from Catholic University and an M.A. from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology. He has been an adjunct professor at New York University and currently serves on the executive committee of the board of the 9/11 United Services Group. Bill lives in Princeton with his wife and three children. |
