Bill is a consultant with Milliman, specializing in Business Continuity planning. He joined the firm in 2005 and is based in Southern California. He works as part of Milliman's Business Continuity consulting practice which is headquartered in Boston.
Experience
Bill has worked in Risk Management for more than twenty years. He specializes in the design, implementation, management, auditing and testing of Business Continuity plans. Bill has worked on a wide variety of complex projects, both domestically and internationally, and has unique expertise in the high-tech, automobile manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.
Early in his career, Bill spent eleven years with a large Property and Casualty insurance brokerage firm, directing Risk Management services. He has practiced law, handling cases involving workplace safety, employment practices and insurance coverage issues. Following his practice of law, he re-entered the risk and insurance management field with a large brokerage firm to provide Business Continuity consulting services to a variety of global clients.
Bill has ten years of experience collaborating with organizations of varying sizes to develop comprehensive response and recovery strategies for complex extended enterprise value chains.
